- 国画是中国传统手艺，油画则是西洋产物，都用视觉效果来表现个人的情感和见解，由明清时期，大眾所承传的形式国画，陈腔滥调，要打破此故步自封的表现形式，则非要用泊来之术——科学化观念，来更新及演进我们故有的文化。这些都是清末民初的见解，我们做了，亦做到了。但我们的文化不但没进步，倒是在倒退。跟著西洋的尾巴。被牵着鼻子跟风。忘记了中华文明之多采多姿。所以尝试用油彩之长处，来塑造国画式的形象，用线条来处理形状，除去光影的迷惑作用。亦不用钩划边线，直接涂上色彩， 用厚重覆盖力续层迭出画面。像没骨画法。
